Dear World,

Without having to think about schedule and rushing to work, we let the time rolling along with the rising sun, waiting for sunbathing calls.

Thank you, I have some time to relax.

As a young family man who is craving for work, I have never thought if this situation is real.

Eight o’clock in the morning, my baby starts mumbling and a kettle wistling very loud, a sign that the water is ready for coffee. While waiting for the toast to pop up, a track from Sergio Mendes is playing for morning booster. Without having to think about schedule and rushing to work, we let the time rolling along with the rising sun, waiting for sunbathing calls. This is how the days start at our house for the past few months.

We live in a tropical country where the sun shines all the time throughout the year. Since this pandemic exists and the governmnet urges us to stay at home, sunbathing has become our special routine ever since, but to be honest, I hate to get burnt on my face. Everytime I spray a sunscreen to my body, the scent of coconut brings me far as if I am laying at the beach and when the sun starts penetrating to my skin, it feels like I have solved all of the problem in this world.

I have realized having flexible time and feel enough with what we have at home is such a privilege, something that never come across in mind when I was working hard. Yeah, sometimes hardworking doesn’t always save us, but grateful does and it’s relaxing.

Sincerely,

Be Grateful, It's Relaxing
