Dear World,
Is it possible to heal after losing a loved one?
︎
Over the last two months, when this pandemic started I lost someone very close to me. Once self-quarantine went into full effect, I flew home, back to Toronto, Canada from Berlin where I was living at the time and realized I had been avoiding my entire brain and everything that was in it. I’ve never been one to properly process death, but quarantine forced me to face it, head on. As I sit here in my apartment documenting my process of hope and healing on my 27th birthday, I ask you all...is it possible to heal?
Sincerely,
Is it possible to heal after losing a loved one?

Be sure to hug (virtually) who you can, while you can. Because time is a very precious thing.
